The Caraway is a plant which belonges to the family of Apiaceae, reaches up to 40-60cm and is found in Asia, Europe and South America. In cooking , the seeds of caraway added at various doughes,in cheese, baked apples, cabbage and meat as a condiment in pickles and for the aromatic liqueur. The leaves are added to salads or used for garnish the dishes. It is also ideal for fatty meats as it gives a special taste.
