Cassia ceylon comes from the plant Cinnamomum zeylanicum which plants on Sri Lanka. It is very aromatical, cozy spicy and sweet. Its wood is light brown or mpez, with delicate coats. It is delicate like paper with many coats and becomes massive when it wrappes. It throws easily and the flavor is delicate and sweet which reminds clove and vanilla. We suggest to buy it whole.
