Mustard is a seasoning either in powder form or in paste form. It is made from the seeds of certain plants of the family Cruciferae or Vrassikidon. The use of mustard as a spice, at least in the form of powder,is referred to indian texts already from 3000 BC. Later, we have frequent references to greek texts and Bible. Mustard is widely used as a supplement and taste's enhancer in meat, especially in sausages and salads. Also on sandwiches, on toast and hot dogs. Finally, mustard is used in preparing the mixture of burgers, during baking potatoes in the oven and as marinade meat of any species.
