Description
Calamus is a plant that grows in stagnant water, on the edges of rivers and its leaves reach up to 60cm. In Greece, there exists as a self-planted plant, but it is hard to find it. As a flavoring, it is used in confectionery, in distillery and in brewery. This plant has many healing properties.
